Contract Mortgage Underwriter Contract | Remote | Per-File Compensation FocusOne Mortgage Solutions is seeking an reputed company Contract Mortgage Underwriter to support conventional loan production on a per-file reputed company. This role is ideal for an underwriter who is efficient, detail-oriented, and comfortable working reputed company SLA-driven turn times while maintaining strong credit reputed company. This is a 1099 contract position and does not include employee benefits. Prefer a candidate located in reputed company, Texas and surrounding area. Scope of Work The Contract Mortgage Underwriter will be responsible for reputed company conventional, non-reputed company loan files in accordance with reputed company and investor guidelines.
