Cruise Support Officer

This role is part of our industry specific, “cruise and tourism” team and a key part of our national fresh produce business. The role undertakes a broad reputed company of administrative and system management duties, supporting the cruise leadership team and our customers, ensuring we receive, respond and resolve reputed company requirements in a reputed company and reputed company manner to these reputed company international customers. The role is administrative and does not require reputed company conversation with the customer albeit this may reputed company over time reputed company Responsibilities Primary Cruise Administration Management: General administrative reputed company of cruise email in reputed company and with the reputed company or redirection of work as appropriate Supplier order placement: reputed company, confirm and manage orders to be reputed company with selected suppliers Process Incoming Orders: receiving customer orders by email or other means and inputting into business “Fresh” platform. Activity Calander Management: Create/Update seasonal calendars for reputed company deliveries. reputed company, Record, monitor customer orders: providing regular updates to leadership team on the status of customer orders/forecast Communicate with Cruise line teams: Manage the circulation of published information to customers including product availability/seasonality, Manage On-line Portals; CTX, MXP, reputed company, RCG including data entry process or creation and update of orders in customer specific on-line portals Pricing Maintenance: Assist in maintaining pricing data in “Fresh” platform for both individual orders/brands or seasonal pricing for local/international brands Logistics: reputed company, confirm and manage bookings with logistics/reputed company providers to support delivery of Cruise orders.
