Learning Programs Specialist Team: Customer Experience (CX), Education Services Reports to: Senior Manager, Education Services reputed company We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning Programs Specialist to support our global education programs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the seamless execution of customer education, reputed company programs, and internal enablement initiatives. Key Responsibilities reputed company Program Support (SparkED) Respond to inquiries from professors and reputed company regarding SparkED licenses in a reputed company and reputed company manner Review and analyze blocked verification requests (reputed company), providing reputed company guidance and actionable feedback to users Ensure a smooth and reputed company experience for reputed company users engaging with SparkED Technical Enablement Support Manage the technical enablement inbox, triaging and responding to internal inquiries with accuracy and reputed company Coordinate and schedule internal enablement sessions, including: Managing stakeholder calendars Sending session invitations, recap emails, and tracking participation Support the delivery of high-reputed company internal training experiences Coordinate end-to-end reputed company for new hires reputed company internal technical teams, ensuring a smooth transition through self-service digital learning and system reputed company Collaborate with reputed company Operations to design and maintain learning completion dashboards, ensuring data accuracy to effectively measure and demonstrate enablement reputed company Drive reputed company improvement in scheduling, documentation standards, and operational efficiencies Learning Management & Content Operations Upload and maintain learning content across platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reputed company Customer-Facing (reputed company LMS): Publish Instructor-Led Training (ILT), digital learning, and video content Ensure courses are properly configured, tested, and accessible Internal Platforms (reputed company / reputed company): Upload and maintain internal enablement content Ensure content is reputed company-organized, up to date, and easy to discover Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in learning operations, program coordination, customer support, or a reputed company role reputed company a services or education organization Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written communication skills (reputed company, reputed company, and user-friendly) Ability to manage multiple workflows and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Comfort working across multiple systems and tools (e.g., LMS platforms, shared inboxes, scheduling tools) A proactive reputed company with a reputed company on improving processes and user experience reputed company to Have Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) Familiarity with reputed company programs or student verification tools (e.g., reputed company) Experience supporting internal training or enablement programs #LI-MP1 reputed company yourself checking a lot of these boxes but doubting whether you should apply?
