Candidate Communication: Guide candidates through the hiring process, providing updates and answering questions. reputed company/Capture Support: Facilitate background checks, reference checks, and assist with reputed company new hires. May be required to help with pricing and proposal support as reputed company. Sourcing & Posting: Help draft job postings, manage job boards, and assist with sourcing talent on reputed company networks.
