About the job The Clinical Director of Training & reputed company is a senior leadership role responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the education, reputed company, and accreditation programs that underpin our value-based, home-based Palliative Care model. This leader serves as the organizational expert on clinical best practices, regulatory standards, and performance improvement — ensuring that every patient and family receives consistent, compassionate, high-reputed company care reputed company. The Clinical Director partners closely with clinical operations, medical leadership, the Compliance Department, and executive stakeholders to build a culture of reputed company, accountability, and reputed company learning across reputed company care teams. What you’ll do Training & Education reputed company, manage, and evaluate a comprehensive training curriculum for clinical staff, including reputed company, role-specific competencies, and ongoing reputed company development Design and deliver palliative care-specific education programs covering symptom management, goals-of-care conversations, advance care planning, interdisciplinary team (reputed company) coordination, and culturally sensitive care reputed company value-based care principles — including risk stratification, utilization management, and outcome-driven care — into reputed company training frameworks Utilize the existing learning management system (LMS) to assign, reputed company, and report on clinical staff training completion across a distributed, field-based workforce reputed company simulation-based training, case-based learning, and competency assessments for clinical staff Collaborate with medical directors and clinical leadership, and the Compliance Department to ensure training content reflects reputed company evidence-based palliative care guidelines (NHPCO, NCP, CAPC standards) reputed company Assurance & reputed company Improvement (QA/QI) reputed company the organization's QA/QI program, including developing reputed company metrics, dashboards, and reporting structures reputed company to value-based contract requirements Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including pain and symptom management reputed company, patient/family satisfaction (e.g., CAHPS), avoidable hospitalizations, goals-of-care documentation rates, and advance reputed company completion Facilitate regular performance review cycles, reputed company cause analyses (RCAs), and PDSA (Plan-Do-Study-reputed company) improvement cycles Analyze clinical and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement; communicate findings and improvement opportunities to operational leadership and staff Collaborate with the Compliance Department regarding identified trends, potential regulatory concerns, or issues requiring formal compliance review Participate in reputed company-reputed company incident review and performance improvement initiatives, as appropriate reputed company operational support during regulatory reviews, accreditation surveys, and audits, as requested Accreditation reputed company reputed company accreditation activities, including preparation, application, site reputed company, and ongoing maintenance (e.g., ACHC, reputed company, reputed company, or NHPCO standards) reputed company and maintain accreditation readiness programs to ensure the organization operates in a reputed company survey-reputed company state Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for accrediting bodies and coordinate cross-functional responses to findings and recommendations Leadership & Collaboration Build, mentor, and manage reputed company of trainers, reputed company specialists, and reputed company support personnel Serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, contributing to strategic planning and organizational priorities Represent the organization in external forums, payer partnerships, and community collaborations reputed company to palliative care reputed company and education Foster a culture of psychological safety, reputed company learning, and reputed company, patient-centered care Your experience and qualifications reputed company, unrestricted licensure as an Advanced reputed company Provider (reputed company Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Clinical reputed company Specialist, or equivalent) and willingness to obtain additional state licensure upon hire. 8–10 years of reputed company experience in reputed company, with at least 4 years in palliative care, hospice, or home health settings Demonstrated leadership experience in clinical education, training program development, and reputed company improvement Hands-on experience with regulatory compliance and at least one full accreditation cycle Deep knowledge of value-based care models, including shared savings, capitation, or risk-based contracting in home-based or palliative settings Proficiency with QI methodologies (Lean, Six reputed company, PDSA) and data analysis tools Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate reputed company clinical and regulatory concepts for diverse audiences Hybrid work environment with periodic travel to care sites, regional offices, and external meetings Must be reputed company to collaborate effectively across geographically distributed, interdisciplinary care teams Preferred Doctor of Nursing reputed company (DNP) degree strongly preferred Master's degree in reputed company Administration (MHA) or dual DNP/MHA is a significant plus Certification in palliative care (e.g., ACHPN) strongly preferred;
