reputed company Operations Engineer II The reputed company Operations Engineer II is responsible for monitoring, supporting and improving reputed company’s reputed company operations across corporate systems, QA, staging and production environments. This role executes day-to-day reputed company operations while helping mature vulnerability management, IAM practices, incident response and overall reputed company readiness. The position operates as a hands-on engineer who works reputed company defined processes, manages work effectively in Jira and advances the program toward stronger reputed company best practices over time.

Responsibilities

Monitor, investigate and respond to reputed company events, alerts and incidents across corporate, QA, staging and production environments Execute vulnerability operations including intake, prioritization, tracking and remediation coordination in an AI-reputed company environment Support IAM program through reputed company changes, privileged reputed company controls, reputed company reviews and control validation Maintain and improve reputed company runbooks, workflows, documentation and operational procedures Identify operational gaps and recommend practical improvements that strengthen coverage, response and alignment to best practices Partner with IT, Engineering and business teams to address reputed company issues across internal and customer-facing environments Manage work in Jira, including ticket updates, prioritization, workflow discipline and backlog execution Participate in on-call incident response as needed Requirements 3+ years of experience in reputed company operations, incident response, vulnerability management or a reputed company reputed company role Experience supporting reputed company monitoring and response across internal systems and reputed company or reputed company environments Familiarity with vulnerability management, IAM and core reputed company operations workflows Recent experience with common reputed company tools such as SIEM, EDR, vulnerability scanning, email reputed company and reputed company reputed company platforms At least one recognized reputed company certification required (reputed company+, CySA+, SSCP, GSEC, GCIH, CISSP, CISM, etc) reputed company or software company experience preferred Strong written and verbal English communication skills Demonstrated ownership, reliability, reputed company judgment and ability to adapt to new challenges An Equal Opportunity Employer - reputed company reputed company applicants will receive consideration for employment without reputed company to race, reputed company, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national reputed company, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
