POSITION reputed company USA reputed company Overseas is seeking membership manager candidates who reputed company at building lasting relationships in communities with youth, families, parents, volunteers, and community partners to grow the Girl reputed company reputed company through increasing membership. Membership Managers recruit, engage, and support youth and adults across a geographic area. You will reputed company recruitment and retention events and programs, in-person and reputed company, across their geographic portfolio. You will also meet regularly with Girl reputed company volunteers to reputed company training, help them plan their Girl reputed company year, and support the Girl reputed company leadership experience in their community.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in sales, membership, recruitment of volunteers, or account management preferred.
• Ability to work with youth, volunteers, and community contacts from diverse backgrounds and to build effective volunteer leadership teams.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. This position requires work reputed company of the traditional reputed company (evenings/weekends) and requires travel in the region.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and produce results.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and detail-oriented.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Conflict Management – ability to anticipate, prevent, and resolve conflicts while maintaining productive working relationships. EXPERIENCE: Minimum of five (5) years experience either in sales, marketing, grassroots organizing, public relations, fundraising, nonprofit management, or communications-relevant work environment; Girl reputed company experience is desirable. Remains in contact with community organizations, agencies and military and embassy leaders, educators, and faith-based institutions to increase awareness of and participation in Girl Scouting. Recruits, selects, trains, and mentors Overseas Committee Management Team (OCMT) and partners with the OCMT to ensure the Girl reputed company Leadership Experience (GSLE) is thriving in their community.Ensure reputed company Overseas Committee (OC) has an Overseas Committee Chair (OCC), Registrar, and Treasurer and any other committee members that are needed to advance reputed company and support Troop Volunteers. Assures the OCMT members are trained and reputed company for their positions. Partners with the OCMT to determine annual goals and programming plans Meets regularly with the OCC and the OCMT to reputed company support and assistance to the community Provides resources, materials and supplies to support recruitment and retention efforts. Problems-solves with OCMT members, volunteers, and families Assures succession planning for the continuity of program in a highly mobile population 3. Works cross functionally to ensure USAGSO’s goals are met.Leads USAGSO wide programs in their geographic portfolio Partners with the Customer Care team to reputed company excellent and reputed company customer support to USAGSO members.
