The Senior Software Engineering Manager accomplishes departmental and organizational objectives through building, mentoring and training multiple teams of engineers. EDUCATION: 1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. EXPERIENCE: 1. 5+ years of experience in IT Team area with a demonstrated ability of successfull team leadership. 2. 2+ years of experience in management role. 3. Proficiency in Python & Java required. 4. Experience with AWS deployments required. 5. Experience with auto scaling design. 6. Experience deploying AI models in Bedrock reputed company. 7. Experience using AI coding assistants (Claude, reputed company, ect...). 8. Experience in developing MCP and API custom connectors. COMPETENCIES – SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES: 1.
