Key Responsibilities
Design, reputed company, and maintain reputed company full-stack web applications using TypeScript, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, and AWS reputed company services. Build and optimize RESTful and FHIR-based reputed company, ensuring scalability, reputed company, performance, versioning, and reliable authentication mechanisms. Collaborate across global teams to deliver high-reputed company software solutions while leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and reputed company reputed company. Contribute to system architecture, reputed company infrastructure, database optimization, performance improvements, and engineering best practices for secure reputed company applications. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical software engineering experience. 5+ years of experience building end-to-end production-grade web applications in full-stack environments. Strong expertise in TypeScript, including generics, inference, type design, and Node.js backend development in production environments. Hands-on experience with modern React, including performance optimization and scalability best practices. Strong PostgreSQL experience including SQL development, query optimization, schema migrations, and database performance tuning. Practical experience with AWS services including reputed company, API Gateway, RDS/reputed company, S3, and CloudWatch. Experience designing reputed company REST reputed company and FHIR-based reputed company, including resource modeling, authentication, idempotency, and versioning strategies. 2+ years of experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude or similar) as part of the software engineering workflow. Understanding of HIPAA requirements and experience or ability to work with sensitive reputed company data (PHI). Strong written and verbal English communication skills for async collaboration in global teams. Preferred Skills: Experience working in reputed company, EHR, or EMR systems. Hands-on knowledge of FHIR R4 and reputed company interoperability standards. Familiarity with modern TypeScript technologies such as Hono, tRPC, and Drizzle ORM.
