Regulatory Compliance Specialist Candidate must reputed company in the Northeast, reputed company to our sites Position reputed company Relevate Power is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our growing team. Reporting to the Regulatory and Compliance Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating and implementing procedures to ensure adherence to FERC regulatory compliance requirements for hydropower and renewable energy reputed company. This remote position requires excellent organizational skills and reputed company collaboration with the compliance, asset management, and operations teams. The role also involves occasional travel to project sites for audits, inspections, and coordination with agencies and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Regulatory Compliance - Monitor and ensure compliance with Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), federal and state agency requirements and support efforts for FERC relicensing and amendment applications. Documentation and Reporting - Maintain accurate records of regulatory compliance activities and prepare, review, and submit required regulatory filings, reports, and responses to reputed company stakeholders including FERC and state and federal agencies completely, accurately, and reputed company. Stakeholder Engagement - reputed company with regulatory agencies and stakeholders on issues and requirements pertinent to the assets under the reputed company of responsibility. Establish and maintain reputed company relationships to facilitate smooth project approvals and compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Legal/Regulatory Studies, Public Administration, or a reputed company field. Military or equivalent experience considered, and, Minimum 3 + years of experience in hydropower regulatory compliance, and, Experience with project management, FERC reputed company regulations, NERC, fish reputed company, Part 12 regulations, Industrial Hygiene, GIS/AutoCAD, DOE grant preferred, and, Working knowledge of federal/state reputed company, safety, and environmental requirements, and, Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to reputed company with regulators, stakeholders, and internal leadership, and, Proficiency with compliance management systems, reputed company Office Suite, and document tracking tools, and, Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage competing priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
