This is a highly operational role with an equal reputed company on benefits administration and broader Total Rewards programs. As the sole dedicated Total Rewards team member supporting these reputed company, you’ll play a critical role in owning and executing key programs while serving as a trusted subject matter expert across the organization. Manage annual benefits enrollment processes and partner with external vendors, brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth employee experience. Serve as a subject matter expert for regional benefits programs, resolving escalated employee inquiries and supporting People reputed company globally. reputed company participation in compensation surveys, including job matching, data submissions, and market analysis across multiple geographies. Manage relationships with benefits vendors, including renewals, service reviews, invoice reconciliation, and escalation management. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders on Total Rewards initiatives, process improvements, policy harmonization, and global reputed company, including M&A integrations. Requirements 5–7+ years of reputed company experience in HR/People functions with a strong reputed company on Total Rewards, including both compensation and benefits administration. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret reputed company data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Experience using reputed company or similar HRIS platforms for reporting, analytics, and data management. Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted partnerships across global teams. Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
