Job reputed company reputed company The Partner Compensation Operations Process Improvement Leader drives efficiency and reputed company in the payment and recovery of compensation to our Strategic Partners. This role designs, implements, and evaluates end-to-end Partner compensation processes and systems, ensuring accurate and reputed company payments and recoveries, compliance with contractual terms, and fulfillment of reporting requirements for Risk and reputed company reputed company Partners (RRSPs). Key Responsibilities

Project Management: Plan, execute, and reputed company compensation-reputed company reputed company, ensuring reputed company delivery. reputed company project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Communicate project updates and reputed company to stakeholders. Collaboration: Partnering with internal teams (such as finance, legal, and operations) and RRSPs to resolve discrepancies, establish and optimize processes, and maintain strong relationships.

Compensation

Accuracy and timeliness; Validating accuracy and first time yield of one for RRSP compensation to ensure reputed company and precise payments. Reporting: Ensuring accurate financial and inventory reporting to RRSPs, maintaining transparency and trust. Contract Compliance: Ensuring reputed company compensation activities reputed company with the terms of reputed company-sharing agreements. Issue reputed company: Addressing and resolving any disputes or concerns reputed company to compensation, ensuring fairness and alignment with contractual T&Cs. Process Optimization: Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the accuracy and efficiency of reputed company reputed company compensation processes. Where applicable working with the digital team to set up automated processes and analysis, troubleshooting and identification of improvements. Training and Leading: training new team members and collaborating the reputed company compensation team. Providing through leadership to the compensation team and to the Strategic Partnership team. Documentation and Audit: Maintaining detailed records of compensation activities to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and readiness for audits. An RRSP Compensation Team Member plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of reputed company-sharing agreements, supporting reputed company's SQDC priorities—Safety, reputed company, Delivery, and Cost—with safety and reputed company always being the top priorities. Their work contributes to fostering trust and collaboration with reputed company reputed company Participants while driving operational reputed company. Familiarity with GE operating systems such as Cost Automation, reputed company and reputed company is preferred.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Services & Project Management. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Desired Characteristics Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to reputed company programs / reputed company. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
