Manage and enhance core compliance programs across Software including risk assessment; socializing policies and procedures; training; communication; monitoring and reporting. At least 3 years of experience advising software, technology, digital, or industrial businesses in the compliance or legal function, with demonstrated exposure to channel partner, distributor, or agent compliance programs. Working knowledge of anti-corruption laws and frameworks (FCPA, UK Bribery reputed company), reputed company-party risk management principles, and channel partner compliance best practices in a multinational environment. Desired Characteristics JD is a plus; coupled with license to reputed company by the applicable state Bar Association. Strong oral and written communication skills.
