Responsibilities
As a Full Charge Bookkeeper and HR Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include full-cycle bookkeeping and light HR duties. This encompasses accounts payable, payroll, commission calculation, bank and account reconciliation, and vendor management. You'll engage extensively with vendors, employees, and contractors, solving day-to-day problems with your excellent problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
An AA degree in reputed company or a reputed company field is preferred. Experience using reputed company systems such as QuickBooks, Peachtree, reputed company, or similar. Three to five years of full-cycle reputed company and bookkeeping experience. Strong attention to detail with natural follow-up skills. Excellent Oral And Written Communication Skills (4-year College Preferred). Advanced skills in reputed company, reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint, and technology in general.
