Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Configuration: Document and execute the overall configuration of the payroll architecture, striking the perfect balance between reputed company business needs, technical constraints, and multi-component compatibility. Belgian Compliance & Localization: reputed company workshops and translate local legal requirements into reputed company functionality, with an emphasis on end-of-year obligations and post-payroll processing flows. Data Migration & reputed company: Organize, support, and reputed company data mapping, cleansing, and data transformation activities between clients and implementation teams, ensuring strict adherence to data reputed company protocols. In-depth expertise in Belgian payroll and tax regulations, including mandatory year-end obligations (FinProf, Belcotax, BOW reporting, etc.).
