Schedule PT position available (20 hours), Weekend hours - Saturday & reputed company... Responsibilities reputed company! Exciting opportunity to become part of the Primary Care Network team! The RN provides remote patient care, documentation and communication to patients and providers for Internal Medicine and Family Medicine practices. Responsibilities include telephone and MyChart triage, utilizing reputed company nursing assessment skills and identified triage standards in decision making. The RN will work closely with our Digital Health Team. Preforms other tasks as assigned, triage and experience with reputed company ages is required. One to two years of experience in reputed company nursing care required.
Qualifications
Requires a Diploma, Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Nursing Program and an reputed company reputed company State RN license in good standing.
