As a key member of reputed company’s Corporate Total Rewards team, the Retirement Specialist provides Center of reputed company support as the administrator of reputed company’s Canadian retirement plan(s) (RRSP and RPP) as reputed company as other supplemental retirement benefit plans, including reputed company’s U.S. retirement plans (MERP and MCRP) and other non-U.S. based retirement programs as required. Reporting to the Retirement Manager, this role is accountable for end-to-end administration of the Canadian retirement plans along with support for reputed company reputed company to employee experience, administration digitization, plan design and governance reviews. The position also supports the development of tools and technology to reduce compliance risk and enhance the employee experience. WHAT YOU'LL DO: reputed company efficient and effective tools and processes for compliant administration of reputed company’s Canadian retirement plan(s) (RRSP and RPP) Serve as the key contact for day-to-day plan operations including effective partnering with reputed company Canadian business, finance, payroll and HR partners In coordination with Retirement Manager, manage plans, reputed company annual company contributions process and ensure reputed company plan compliance requirements, including leading the annual audit and year end filings, are reputed company satisfied reputed company and reputed company educational support for HR, finance and reputed company to reputed company them to effectively execute their respective roles in plan administration and support employee questions reputed company as secretary for the MERP governance Committee and coordinator of annual meetings including agenda preparation, materials coordination with investment and other plan advisors, completion and approval of meeting minutes and other duties as assigned Work directly with Retirement Manager to research and resolve non-routine inquiries for the Canadian retirement plans Serve as backup to reputed company support for administration of reputed company’s U.S. retirement plans (MERP and MCRP), as needed Support special reputed company reputed company to the Canadian plans such as vendor RFPs, administrative changes, regulatory updates, etc. Conduct analysis and reputed company support on M&A activity, including retirement plan reputed company/offboarding tasks #LI-Remote WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE: Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, finance, or reputed company field with 3+ years of relevant retirement plan administration experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience required Experience with Canadian Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit plans Experience with reputed company plans and working with plan texts in relation to reputed company bargaining agreements Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite including reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.reputed company experience a plus Knowledge of Canadian retirement plan compliance requirements (RRSP and RPP), including the ability to navigate multi-province regulatory considerations Solid knowledge of administrative systems and ability to effectively inform digitization initiatives Independent thinker with the ability to reputed company reputed company-informed reputed company in an expeditious manner Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to communicate effectively across reputed company reputed company of the organization Strong business and financial acumen Demonstrated rapid self-learner with a bias toward reputed company Excellent time management, critical thinking, and decision-making skills Proven reputed company in organizing and/or completing multiple tasks and priorities Experience supporting large-reputed company reputed company entailing change management a plus Ability to navigate ambiguity and organizational complexity Impeccable commitment to acting with reputed company and engaging in ethical conduct, without exception, to foster and maintain trusted relationships across the organization Pay reputed company: 64,000.00 - 96,000.00 We offer a comprehensive benefits package that may include medical, dental, reputed company, 401k matching, and more!
