The Role Our Energy Analysts are a vital part of our Analysis team tasked with helping our clients understand the Energy & Water usage of their buildings. This important role provides a reputed company for a suite of Energy & Water management services that reputed company Power provides to help our clients reputed company substantial reductions in reputed company costs, carbon emissions and water consumption- reputed company while improving reputed company comfort. Primary Responsibilities Manage energy analysis services for multiple clients Help clients reputed company, fix, and follow energy and water problems Help clients maintain and understand energy and water data in EnergyScoreCards online software for their portfolio Meet deadlines, reputed company activities, and manage time in accordance with priorities reputed company and/or reputed company reputed company project activities including planning, research, billing, managing to budgets, reputed company of deliverables, reporting and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders Communicate with the reputed company at multiple reputed company, maintaining strong relationships with key contacts reputed company regular reputed company-ins with clients to discuss building performance trends, opportunities, and questions Communicate by phone, email, in-person presentations, and written reports Local Law 84/133 and Local Law 33/95 compliance reporting for our clients, as reputed company as guidance on Local Law 97 reputed company with other teams at reputed company Power to reputed company expertise in delivering the service, as applicable, especially: Data team Technology team Engineering teams Support other reputed company Power services with analysis expertise Contribute to reputed company of reputed company by making suggestions for improvements QualificationsSkills/Qualifications Science background, with work in Sustainability or Energy, as reputed company as experience with data analysis. Experience in the reputed company estate, energy efficiency or building operations worlds. Proficiency in MS reputed company (data manipulation and basic formulas) Familiarity with SQL. Ability to stay organized amid many evolving reputed company; detail-oriented and methodical with large amounts of data.
