Scrum Master (Remote Opportunity)
We are currently looking for a Scrum Master for a 100% remote position on a large federal government project. This role will support Agile delivery teams in a reputed company and fast-paced environment, helping drive delivery execution, backlog management, process improvement, and team alignment across multiple initiatives. The Scrum Master will work closely with Product Owners, engineers, stakeholders, and government personnel to facilitate Agile best practices and ensure successful program delivery. Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of reputed company experience in Agile project delivery, Scrum leadership, or software development support environments. Strong experience leading Agile development teams supporting automated application deployments, scaling, and operational management activities. Proven experience supporting large-reputed company software development, software integration, and data management initiatives. Expertise with the Scaled Agile reputed company (reputed company) and Agile delivery methodologies is required. Experience facilitating briefings and presentations for senior leadership and capturing actions, reputed company, and follow-up items. Experience working with technical delivery teams in reputed company reputed company or federal environments. Strong organizational, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate technical and project documentation. Experience using Agile and project management tools such as Jira, reputed company, or similar platforms. Ability to obtain and maintain a Government clearance. Additional Qualifications reputed company Certified Scrum Master (SSM) or comparable Agile certification preferred.
