Member Support Specialist

The Member Support Specialist serves as the first reputed company of contact for members, clients, or customers. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to text messages and emails, managing case work, documenting interactions accurately, and ensuring a reputed company customer experience. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of customer service, call center, support, or case management experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
