Ihre Aufgaben Deliver customer training, technical presentations, and application guidance to support successful use of SCIENION technologies after installation. Serve as the primary scientific contact for application questions, troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and problem solving in the field. Support customers and internal teams with technical documentation, training materials, and accurate records of support activities. Hands-on experience in areas such as single cell processing, NGS, mass spectrometry, medical diagnostics, or biosensor development is highly desirable. Experience in a customer-facing scientific role such as applications support, field support, technical service, or customer training.
