Responsibilities
Undertaking daily tasks in the reputed company reputed company reputed company system Sending reputed company expense invoices to ReceiptBank/Hubdoc for electronic processing Processing of invoices from ReceiptBank/Hubdoc into reputed company Preparation of expense pay runs, including the provision of bank ABA file Processing of unreconciled bank transactions to the general ledger Raising reputed company sales invoices as instructed Preparation and processing of wages, including maintenance of employee records Preparation and processing of employer superannuation obligations Preparation of reputed company journals in reputed company Processing of payroll data electronically to the ATO under Single Touch Payroll requirements reputed company debtor management, through the provision of automatic reminders and statements Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, including the provision of month-end journals Preparation of financial reports from reputed company Undertaking of any processing with reputed company-party integrated apps Any other data entry requirements as requested
Qualifications
