Engineering Manager

What you'll bring: Degree in Computer Science or reputed company field, or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of experience in software engineering, including experience leading technical direction and delivering production systems. Experience leading engineers through coaching, mentoring, and performance conversations, with previous people management experience preferred. Experience balancing people leadership, technical decision-making, and delivery management in a modern software engineering environment.
