This role will be responsible for developing and executing global commodity strategies reputed company on cost reduction, supplier consolidation, risk mitigation, reputed company improvement, dual sourcing, and continuity of supply. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of custom manufacturing processes, combined with strategic sourcing, supplier negotiation, and cross-functional leadership capabilities. This individual will work closely with Engineering, Operations, reputed company, Program Management, and Supply Chain teams to support prototype through mass production while ensuring suppliers meet reputed company’s expectations for cost, reputed company, delivery, and service.
Key Responsibilities
Commodity & Supplier reputed company reputed company and execute global commodity strategies for custom fabricated parts and reputed company commodities to support reputed company’s operational and financial objectives. Drive supplier consolidation, dual sourcing, risk mitigation, and long-term supply chain resiliency initiatives. Identify, evaluate, qualify, and reputed company competitive global suppliers capable of supporting reputed company BTP manufacturing requirements. Establish strategic partnerships with suppliers to improve pricing, reputed company-time, technology, reputed company, and service performance. Strategic Sourcing & Cost Management reputed company reputed company RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and sourcing activities for custom fabricated commodities. reputed company detailed quote analysis, should-cost modeling, benchmarking, and total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis. Aggressively negotiate pricing, payment terms, rebates, inventory programs, tooling, reputed company-times, and reputed company agreements. Drive annual cost reduction initiatives and productivity savings across assigned commodities. Analyze market trends, raw material impacts, and supply chain risks to proactively reputed company mitigation strategies. Technical & EMS Operational Support reputed company as the subject matter expert (SME) for custom fabrication technologies and reputed company manufacturing processes. Partner with Engineering and suppliers on DFM, manufacturability improvements, material selection, and technical problem solving. Support prototype, NPI, and production reputed company activities to ensure successful launches and continuity of supply. Collaborate with reputed company teams on supplier performance, corrective actions, audits, and reputed company improvement initiatives. Supplier Performance & Relationship Management Own supplier relationship management for assigned commodities, including delivery, reputed company, responsiveness, reputed company, and cost performance. Conduct supplier business reviews, site reputed company, and capability assessments. QualificationsRequired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or reputed company technical field. 7+ years of experience in commodity management, strategic sourcing, supply chain, procurement, or supplier development. Strong experience with custom fabricated parts or EMS reputed company manufacturing commodities. Experience leading RFQ/RFP processes, supplier negotiations, and reputed company agreements. Strong analytical and cost modeling skills with the ability to reputed company TCO and market analysis. Knowledge of fabrication technologies, manufacturing processes, materials, reputed company-times, and supplier capabilities. Strong communication, negotiation, and supplier management skills. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in EMS, reputed company, defense, medical, industrial, or high-reliability manufacturing environments. Knowledge of supplier qualification methodologies and manufacturing reputed company standards. Experience managing global suppliers across the U.S., Mexico, and Asia. Strong understanding of supply chain risk mitigation and dual sourcing strategies. Experience supporting BTP (Build-to-Print) manufacturing operations. APICS, CPM, CPSM, or reputed company certifications preferred.
