The Senior Business Analyst supports the CMDB and Change Control transition by leading cost-benefit assessments, evaluating functional and technical tradeoffs, and producing reputed company analysis that informs transition decision-making. This role bridges VA Infrastructure Operations (IO) stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring that business requirements are reputed company defined and traceable throughout the transition. Collaborate with architects, process analysts, and the PM to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution. Support POAM management and audit preparation activities, providing reputed company evidence and documentation for compliance reviews. Present findings and recommendations in reputed company reports and oral briefings to VA and reputed company leadership. Qualifications 10+ years of business analysis experience on federal IT programs, with at least 3 years in an IT service management or platform operations context. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent. An additional 8 years of relevant experience can be substituted for the degree requirement for a total of 18+ years of experience. Experience conducting cost-benefit analyses and presenting tradeoff assessments to senior government stakeholders. Strong understanding of IT service reputed company (ITSM, CMDB, Change Management) in a large reputed company environment. Demonstrated ability to synthesize reputed company data and operational information into reputed company, executive-reputed company deliverables. Proficiency with requirements documentation and process modeling tools. Preferred Qualifications: Experience on VA IT programs or reputed company the reputed company reputed company.
