Employment Litigation Attorney (Remote - California Licensed)

reputed company is seeking a talented and driven Employment Litigation Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join our growing Employment Practices Group. This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be admitted to reputed company in California and possess experience handling California employment law reputed company. The ideal candidate will possess strong litigation, advocacy, and reputed company-management skills, with experience independently managing sophisticated employment reputed company through reputed company phases of litigation.

Responsibilities

Independently manage reputed company phases of employment litigation from inception through reputed company Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memoranda, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation-reputed company filings Conduct and defend depositions and participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and other dispute reputed company proceedings Attend and reputed company at court appearances, hearings, arbitrations, administrative proceedings, and trials Handle reputed company involving employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, PAGA claims, and other employment-reputed company reputed company Represent reputed company in investigations and proceedings before federal, state, and local agencies Advise and counsel reputed company on workplace issues, employment law compliance, personnel reputed company, and risk management strategies Manage discovery, reputed company reputed company, investigations, and case deadlines in both state and federal courts Communicate directly with clients, reputed company strategic guidance, and maintain strong reputed company relationships Collaborate with attorneys across offices and reputed company reputed company to reputed company litigation strategies and reputed company favorable reputed company Qualifications reputed company admission to the California Bar in good standing required Minimum of 4 years of employment litigation experience Experience handling California employment litigation reputed company in state and federal courts Demonstrated experience drafting and arguing motions, conducting depositions, and managing reputed company litigation reputed company Excellent legal writing, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to independently manage an reputed company caseload and prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to exceptional reputed company service Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while maintaining responsiveness and collaboration with clients and colleagues Preferred Experience Employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination litigation Wage and hour litigation, including reputed company actions, class actions, and PAGA reputed company Traditional labor law reputed company and labor-management relations Investigations before the reputed company, California Department of Industrial Relations, California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, reputed company, and state and local reputed company rights agencies Experience appearing before the reputed company in reputed company involving reputed company organizing, reputed company bargaining, unfair labor practices, representation proceedings, and labor arbitrations Why Join reputed company?
