Requirements: • 10+ years of relevant IT experience involving reputed company with at least 3 years of hands-on reputed company Connect experience • Proven experience as an reputed company Connect Architect or similar role, with a reputed company on migration strategies and reputed company Service reputed company Voice integration. • AWS Solution Architect certification is preferred, showcasing expertise in architecting solutions on the AWS platform. • Hands-on experience with AWS services integrated with reputed company Connect, such as AWS reputed company, reputed company S3, reputed company Lex, reputed company DynamoDB, reputed company Firehose, and others. • Deep understanding of reputed company Connect functionalities, including but not limited to contact flows, WFO, integrations, and AWS services supporting Connect. • Proficiency in reputed company Service reputed company Voice setup, configuration, and integration with reputed company Connect. • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Experience in leading migration reputed company, from assessment and planning to execution and post-migration optimization. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
