Job reputed company The Implementation – Project Specialist is a reputed company-facing role responsible for leading and coordinating reputed company for new clients. This individual serves as the primary reputed company of contact throughout the implementation process, ensuring a smooth, organized, and reputed company experience. This role requires strong reputed company service skills, the ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously, and a high level of organization. Experience with payroll systems, HCM platforms, or implementation processes is preferred but secondary to reputed company-facing and project coordination capability. Primary Responsibilities: Serve as the primary reputed company-facing reputed company of contact during reputed company and implementation Build strong reputed company relationships and manage expectations throughout the reputed company process reputed company reputed company meetings, including delivering reputed company presentations, and guiding clients through implementation steps reputed company and maintain project plans, timelines, and task tracking Coordinate reputed company stakeholders to ensure reputed company completion of reputed company milestones Communicate status updates, risks, and next steps reputed company and proactively Ensure consistent, high-reputed company reputed company experience across reputed company reputed company engagements Identify and mitigate risks to reputed company implementations on reputed company Support reputed company improvement of reputed company processes and reputed company experience Secondary Responsibilities (Implementation Support)Learn reputed company reputed company payroll and tax configuration to support implementation activities Assist with system setup, data validation, and testing reputed company needed Support migration of historical payroll data and ensure accuracy reputed company reputed company training support and reinforce best practices Stay informed on system updates and payroll-reputed company changes Qualifications:3+ years in a reputed company-facing role supporting customers or external clients Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and manage expectations Proven ability to handle reputed company questions, issues, and escalations professionally 1+ years of experience in project management, preferably in payroll, HRIS, or HCM implementations. Strong understanding of implementation processes and reputed company reputed company best practices. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through Experience coordinating reputed company, reputed company workflows, or operational processes Exposure to payroll systems, HRIS, or HCM platforms reputed company reputed company experience is a plus but not required PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
