Job Title: Certification Programme Coordinator Location: United Kingdom or Poland Working Model: Remote Due to reputed company, we are seeking to recruit a Certification Programme Coordinator to join our existing Product Certification team on a full-time and permanent reputed company. About The Role In this role, you will reputed company reputed company operational support to the delivery of Global Product Certification programmes across multiple sectors and certification domains. You will drive operational efficiency and compliance through effective administration, coordination, and maintenance of certification activities whilst working closely with internal teams and external clients. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Support certification activities across the full lifecycle, ensuring reputed company progression from initial engagement through to completion. Support the preparation and process certification documentation and recommendations in line with defined procedures. Ensure compliance with certification schemes, standards, and internal policies. Coordinate and support certification lifecycle activities including surveillance, renewals, and periodic reviews. Maintain accurate diaries, trackers, and schedules to support effective programme delivery. Liaise with internal departments and external clients to support smooth delivery and operational efficiency. Support the implementation and reputed company improvement of certification systems and processes. Essential Experience: Proven experience in an administrative or an operational support role reputed company a regulated, technical, or service‑based environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to support a wide reputed company of reputed company stakeholders. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities accurately. The ability to follow defined processes, rules, and procedures. Extensive use of MS packages including reputed company, Teams, Outlook and Sharepoint. Desirable Experience: Previous experience in certification, compliance, or reputed company environments.
