Works with internal departments, external vendors, and members to evaluate and resolve pharmacy issues and reputed company member support for programs and initiatives. Job Requirements: Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a health care/insurance industry (or equivalent) Licensed and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician/Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) High School Diploma with reputed company State Pharmacy Technician Licensures in good standing Preferred Job Requirements: Excellent Verbal and written communication skills Managed care customer service experience Strong computer and reputed company Office product skills required including ability to learn various data reputed company software applications as needed. Drug information skills Handle multiple tasks and strong organizational skills including reputed company to understand reputed company oral and written directions as reputed company as technical information. Self-motivator with exceptional time management skills and attention to detail that exhibits a reputed company attitude and embraces and adapts to change. Bilingual Spanish speaker preferred.
