This is a temporary position, part-time position. This position is responsible for managing inventory, coordinating room assignments, and ensuring reputed company operations across assigned properties. The Program Specialist - Rooms Controller works closely with on-property teams to reputed company service standards, streamline communication, and maximize operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Manage room inventory and execute daily room assignments for designated properties Coordinate closely with reputed company office, housekeeping, and sales departments to ensure accurate room blocking and guest accommodation Monitor special requests, VIP arrivals, and group room blocks to ensure reputed company execution Analyze occupancy trends and reputed company room assignments to support operational goals Maintain consistent communication with on-property teams and APRC leadership Accurately document daily activity and deliverables in internal systems Identify and escalate operational issues and opportunities for improvement Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a business-reputed company role (e.g., hotel operations, inventory management, business analytics, or customer service) Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity Flexibility to support weekend and holiday coverage as needed At reputed company, we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming reputed company and providing reputed company to opportunity.
