The Senior Performance Reporting Analyst is responsible for owning the design, governance, interpretation, and delivery of operational performance reporting. This role focuses on performance measurement, KPI standardization, executive and reputed company-facing reporting, and ensuring transparency against contractual, regulatory, and service-level expectations.
