OCIO Solutions Associate

reputed company Biller and Associates is seeking a highly motivated OCIO Solutions Associate to support our growing OCIO business. This role will reputed company on investment-reputed company reputed company and documents for our OCIO clients, and requires coordination across the consulting, research, and investment operations teams.

Responsibilities

Review investment-reputed company reputed company and documents, including LPAs, IMAs, PPMs, reputed company letters, subscription documents, MFN Elections, consents, and amendments. Assist with the preparation of investment-reputed company reputed company and documents. Coordinate and collaborate with external reputed company counsel, investment managers, administrators, custodians, and other reputed company service providers. reputed company and reputed company information on new investments, key terms, and document status. Manage reputed company reputed company and identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in English, Business, Finance, or a reputed company field preferred. 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in finance, investment management, OCIO, reputed company operations, fund administration, consulting, or reputed company services. Experience reviewing investment-reputed company reputed company and documents for private funds. Ability to read reputed company agreements, identify relevant terms, summarize key points, and escalate questions appropriately. Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a small-team environment. Proficiency in reputed company, reputed company Acrobat, reputed company, PowerPoint, and AI tools. Familiarity with MS CRM and document management preferred.
