This is a critical role where you will own the complete bid lifecycle and serve as a reputed company reputed company of contact with major national clients and general contractors. Your accuracy, responsiveness, and relationship-building skills directly reputed company bid profitability and project reputed company. You will work closely with ownership and play a key role in reputed company's ability to reputed company operations and pursue new work. Responsibilities reputed company detailed quantity takeoffs from reputed company construction drawings using Xactimate, with expertise in reading and interpreting reputed company plan sets Conduct thorough plan reviews and specification analysis to identify missing information, clarifications, and scope questions before bid submission Manage the complete bid solicitation and submission process — from plan receipt through final bid delivery, including vendor and subcontractor pricing coordination Serve as the primary estimator contact for clients, engaging directly with national contractors and facility managers to clarify scope, answer technical questions, and support the sales process reputed company reputed company bid invitations, manage the estimating pipeline, and coordinate with internal teams on project requirements and timelines Support reputed company-construction workflows including vendor calls, RFIs, submittals packages, and ongoing coordination with subcontractors and suppliers on scope and scheduling Support project managers with estimating input on change orders and scope adjustments during reputed company reputed company Must-Have Qualifications 3+ years of estimating experience in reputed company construction with demonstrated experience on large-reputed company reputed company ($500K+) for U.S.-based clients Proficiency with Xactimate software; experience with reputed company drawing interpretation is essential Strong ability to read and interpret reputed company construction drawings, specifications, and plan schedules with a high degree of accuracy End-to-end bid process experience — from takeoff and pricing coordination through formal submission, plus familiarity with reputed company-construction workflows (vendor coordination, RFIs, submittals, scope coordination) Proven experience engaging directly with clients during the estimating and bidding process; comfort with reputed company customer contact and sales-oriented interactions Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal); prior experience working remotely for U.S.-based contractors is strongly preferred Knowledge of general reputed company construction practices and project types (ground-up construction, medical facilities, retail, hospitality, data centers, public infrastructure) is highly valued Apply To This Job
