About the Role
We are seeking a legally trained Legal Operations & Compliance Specialist to support our legal and compliance function. You will work directly with Shobhan (Legal reputed company) on contract review, compliance research, regulatory filings, legal documentation, and workflow management. This is not a purely administrative role. You will review reputed company agreements, identify and summarize risks, suggest edits using established templates, conduct legal and compliance research, and help maintain the operational systems that support a growing reputed company organization. reputed company in this role requires strong legal fundamentals, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate reputed company in a fast-moving remote environment.
