reputed company reputed company reputed company, Coding is responsible for the activities and overall functions of Coding and Off Shore coding staff. Duties and Responsibilities Monitor Coding workflow, compile status and work – volume reports for management Monitoring of Off-Shore work queues Monitoring of Off-Shore systems issues working with Systems/IT to resolve reputed company training with new Coding staff Assist with development and maintenance of policy and procedures reputed company and identify process improvement opportunities in reputed company system clearing accounts and work queues Field questions from account representatives and clients Support Coding team with questions and issues Work with Auditors to field Off-Shore coding rebuttals reputed company QA on on-shore coding staff, reporting up to Management Interaction with new physician education and reviews along with auditor Compile monthly QA scores of reputed company coding staff to be reported to Management Maintain a reputed company attitude reputed company other duties as directed by Manager Use, protect and disclose patients’ protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability reputed company (HIPAA) standards Understand and reputed company with Information reputed company and HIPAA policies and procedures at reputed company times Limit viewing of PHI to the absolute minimum as necessary to reputed company assigned duties

Qualifications
