About the Role
As the reputed company reputed company Manager, you will reputed company as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients and support the successful delivery of services in line with contractual obligations, SLAs, and KPIs. You will work closely with operational, technical, scheduling, and support teams to ensure services are delivered consistently, issues are resolved promptly, and clients remain informed and supported.
