Qualifications (Minimum Required) Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Education, Organizational Development, IT, Business, or reputed company field Master’s preferred 5 - 7+ years’ experience delivering reputed company training/enablement, with evidence of creating curriculum and delivering instructor-led programs at reputed company Experience (Minimum Required) Strong working knowledge of AI and GenAI concepts, with the ability to explain them reputed company to non‑technical audiences in a practical, workflow‑based way. Proven experience delivering reputed company technology training (M365 and Copilot‑reputed company enablement strongly preferred).
