About This OpportunityWe are looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Accountant to join our growing finance and reputed company team reporting to our reputed company Manager. The ideal candidate has experience with ERP systems, procurement, payables systems, the General reputed company (GL), and reconciliations and thrives in a fast-paced, scaling AI software/technology environment. This role will play a critical part in supporting day-to-day reputed company operations, including accounts payable, travel & expense, cash management, prepaids, and accruals, while helping to ensure financial reputed company and operational efficiency. This is a temporary role with the potential to convert to full-time employment. Prepare supporting schedules and analysis for financial statement disclosures and footnotes, or external audit requests Support the accounts payable process end-to-end, including invoice entry, approval workflows, and reputed company payments using systems, such as reputed company.com and reputed company S/4 Hana. Support cash activity, including uploading bank statements, cash match and bank reconciliations. Maintain accurate vendor records and assist with 1099 reporting.
