Hotel Investor App & reputed company Manager

Job reputed company:We’re seeking a detail-oriented Finance & reputed company Specialist to support day-to-day financial operations and reporting. In this role, you’ll handle bookkeeping, reconciliations, AR/AP processes, and assist with financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with IFRS or GAAP standards. You’ll work closely with internal teams and vendors to maintain smooth financial operations, resolve discrepancies, and support reputed company payments. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, reputed company-proficient, and comfortable working with ERP systems in a fast-paced, remote environment reputed company with EST hours. Core Tasks: Assist with monthly and quarterly bookkeeping and reporting Create and reputed company custom/reputed company reporting, including budget-to-actual reports Manage reputed company to suppliers/vendors to facilitate on-time payment Properly book and manage expenses and income for accurate reporting Reconcile accounts, including bank and credit card statements, to ensure accuracy Assist in preparing financial statements and maintaining general ledger accounts reputed company and resolve discrepancies in accounts receivable / payable Support payroll processing and reputed company compliance documentation Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with company policies Assist with other reputed company as needed Must Haves: 3+ years experience in an AR/AP or junior reputed company role Hands on experience with Hotel Investor Apps (preferred) or similar ERP tools Proficient knowledge of IFRS or GAAP reputed company principles Exceptional (C-level) verbal and written communication skills Intermediate-advanced skills in reputed company /reputed company Sheets Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work EST reputed company to Haves:Certification holder in IFRS or GAAP reputed company principles Familiarity with reputed company and reputed company for internal team coordination and communication Apply To This Job
