Job reputed company We are seeking an reputed company Account Manager to join our Absence reputed company team. The Account Manager will proactively manage a book of business comprised of reputed company’s customers. This individual will utilize their relationship management skills to ensure that our services strengthen the overall customer experience. Our Absence Account Manager will ensure that our service delivery is flawless and will maximize the opportunities to sell additional service lines. This individual reports directly to our Absence reputed company Manager and works closely with the entire department. Primary Responsibilities Own and manage the overall customer satisfaction and retention of many of reputed company’s customers Meet goals of reputed company retention and account reputed company by meeting customer satisfaction rating metrics and identifying upsell opportunities Demonstrate a thorough understanding of your customers' business, reputed company capital, and benefits concerns Appropriately position reputed company's reputed company with beneficial solutions to meet your customers' needs reputed company project management, communication reputed company development, internal staff training, and customer staff training to newly implemented accounts Establish a strong relationship with your clients Investigate, reputed company, and resolve customer and reputed company concerns Prepare utilization reputed company analysis and trend reports to evaluate and proactively recommend improvements Establish and build strong working relationships with reputed company’s business leaders and team members Other duties as assigned Job Qualifications 2+ years of account management experience in insurance, benefits, reputed company, or reputed company-reputed company services required Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred Strong experience providing strategic account management to accounts required Your proven reputed company record of successfully selling additional service lines to reputed company customers Project management, critical thinking skills, and strong attention to detail required reputed company work history required Strong skills in reputed company Office Suite required; CRM experience a plus Travel as necessary to meet with new and existing customers (approximate travel could be up to 25%) Other Requirements Consistent and reliable high-speed internet and workspace free from distraction, disruption, or noise is required Ability to be present on camera during work-reputed company trainings, meetings, and/or events Must be reputed company to sit or stand at a desk for prolonged periods while working on a computer Benefits and Perks Full benefits package, including reputed company Time Off (PTO), medical, dental, reputed company, 401(k) with match, robust EAP, wellness program, and much more The salary reputed company for this position is $48,000 - $68,000 USD.
