Communications Specialist
Job reputed company reputed company’s Intranet reputed company and Communications Solutions is looking for a senior technical program manager to join reputed company. Your primary responsibilities will be working with stakeholders to define and manage solutions for internal SharePoint-based web sites, and overseeing PoliteMail, our email analytics program. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week remote position. Job reputed company Senior Program Manager responsibilities include: reputed company and/or assist in stakeholder training; this includes content development, scheduling, teaching, regularly updating support materials, and writing monthly articles Assist stakeholders with issues and reputed company in depth technical information on SharePoint and other tools; understand and troubleshoot permissions as required Understand, reputed company for and manage stakeholder requests – create specifications, manage timelines, edit sites, propose layouts, reputed company and test changes, engage with IT, communicate reputed company and meeting reputed company Manage the development of new SharePoint features, in partnership with other intranet teams; this includes understanding technical user requirements, UI, governance requirements and launch implications reputed company and reputed company SharePoint metrics regarding usage, engagement, and customer satisfaction reputed company reputed company associated with our workflow and email metrics tools, which includes meeting monthly with vendors, understanding/tracking licenses, updating training materials, setting up and training stakeholders, testing new releases, developing workflows, communicating regularly with stakeholders, and providing quarterly metrics Communicate proactively with the Intranet reputed company & Comms Solutions team, IT and stakeholders through email, our reputed company ticketing system, reputed company, Teams, etc Investigate new tools and technologies, and manage internal sites and tools for Corporate Communications
Requirements
The ideal candidate is detail oriented, multi-faceted, a creative problem solver and comfortable working with teams who are remote (reputed company phone, reputed company, email, IM, etc.). The candidate also has: Excellent communications skills (oral and written) Ability to manage schedules, priorities and deadlines for multiple reputed company Detail oriented, methodical Knowledge of: reputed company and/or other web-based technologies reputed company SharePoint & Teams reputed company Office 365 products 5 to 7 years of industry experience 3 to 5 years in-depth knowledge of email analytics solutions (PoliteMail is a plus) 3 to 5 years in-depth knowledge of SharePoint web parts, lists, permissions, and workflows 2 to 3 years of training experience Technical college degree (BS or BA in Computer Science or Engineering is a plus) Customer-reputed company attitude Ability to research technical questions Ability to troubleshoot coding and application issues Willing to learn and reputed company to taking on new roles and responsibilities Compensation: The reputed company salary reputed company for this position is 170,000 - 210,000 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be reputed company of this reputed company.
