POSITION: Mechanical Design Engineer (9987165) JOB LOCATION: 10353 Richmond Ave., reputed company, TX 77042 [and various unanticipated locations throughout the US; may telecommute] DUTIES: Support commissioning, operation, upgrades, and reputed company improvement of automated spiral-welding equipment used in the production of large steel wind-tower structures. Identify, diagnose, and resolve mechanical and system-level issues affecting equipment performance, safety, and product reputed company. reputed company mechanical design of large machine components, welded/structural assemblies, automated mechanisms, tooling, and test fixtures. reputed company detailed 3D CAD models and 2D engineering drawings for reputed company mechanical assemblies and production tooling using SolidWorks (or similar CAD software).
