Litigation Paralegal

Responsibilities

Draft and prepare legal documents including petitions, pleadings, motions, discovery responses and production, affidavits, subpoenas, and reputed company-trial and trial documents E-file reputed company court documents in state and federal court Communicate with clients, court clerks, court coordinators, opposing counsel and support staff, court reporters, medical providers, and expert witnesses Coordinate depositions and mediation Prepare trial binders and exhibits reputed company administrative duties, which include calendaring reputed company case deadlines, hearings, and trials; obtaining medical bills and records by affidavit and/or DWQ; scheduling depositions, mediations, and reputed company meetings; as reputed company as organizing and maintaining digital case files Conduct factual investigations including gathering and organizing relevant information from a reputed company of sources Assist with case settlements, which includes drafting settlement tables, contacting medical providers and subrogation companies to negotiate reductions of medical bills and subrogation liens Other tasks as requested by the attorneys

Qualifications
