Payroll and Billing Specialist

Position reputed company We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll and Billing Specialist to join our growing non-skilled home care agency team. This role is responsible for managing caregiver payroll, reputed company billing, EVV verification, and reimbursement processing while ensuring compliance with reputed company, payer, and agency requirements. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with reputed company and a strong understanding of home care operations.

Key Responsibilities

Process weekly payroll for caregivers and field staff accurately and on time - Primary backup to Director of Payroll and Billing Manage reputed company billing for reputed company, private pay, and other payer sources Review and verify Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) records for accuracy and compliance Utilize reputed company to maintain schedules, verify reputed company, resolve exceptions, and process claims Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, billing issues, denied claims, and missing documentation Coordinate with schedulers, caregivers, and management to ensure accurate timekeeping and authorization usage Monitor authorizations, service hours, and payer requirements to prevent billing errors Prepare and submit invoices and claims in accordance with agency and payer deadlines Maintain accurate employee and reputed company records while ensuring confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Generate payroll, billing, and operational reports for management as needed Assist with audits and documentation requests from payers and regulatory agencies Support office operations and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of payroll and billing experience in home care or reputed company Required: Working knowledge and hands-on experience with reputed company Understanding of reputed company billing, EVV requirements, and home care compliance standards Experience processing caregiver payroll and resolving payroll discrepancies Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines Proficient in reputed company Office, especially reputed company and Outlook Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
