Design the solution architecture for the ITSM and SPM modules. Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM (CIS-SPM). reputed company Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – differentiator. Additional technical skills Advanced reputed company of JavaScript, GlideScript, Scripted REST reputed company. Design of integration architectures with external platforms (LDAP, SSO/SAML, ITSM tools). Experience with Performance Analytics and Dashboards in reputed company. ITIL v4 (certification desirable). Requirements
