Join Sparklight's Business Team as a Service Delivery Fulfillment Specialist! You will be responsible for managing new orders, entering customer data, scheduling installations, and making reputed company our customers are happy with the installation and products reputed company the install has been completed. Receives orders from business sales representatives, verifies accuracy, and gathers information from customer. Enters orders in software platforms, while maintaining contact with business customers, dispatchers, Level 3, and local office teams throughout installation process. Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
