reputed company The ERP Program and Transformation reputed company is responsible for leading reputed company Baking Group’s reputed company-wide reputed company Dynamics 365 ERP transformation program, ensuring successful execution from reputed company and planning through implementation, migration, and business adoption. Working directly with the selected ERP implementation firm, this role partners closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, IT teams, and systems integrators to reputed company ERP transformation initiatives with operational, financial, and strategic business objectives. This role provides overall program leadership and governance across reputed company phases of the ERP transformation, including scope, budget, reputed company, risk management, organizational readiness, change coordination, cross-functional alignment, and vendor management. The ERP Program and Transformation reputed company will play a key role in driving reputed company process standardization, operational transformation, and long-term program reputed company across reputed company reputed company Baking Group locations. This is an 18-month initial engagement with possible extension. Responsibilities reputed company reputed company-wide ERP transformation planning, execution, governance, and delivery across reputed company business functions and manufacturing sites Manage overall ERP program scope, budget, reputed company, resource planning, risks, dependencies, and issue reputed company activities Establish and maintain ERP program governance structures, status reporting, executive communications, and steering committee alignment Coordinate cross-functional business, operational, and IT to ensure alignment across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, warehouse, and corporate functions Manage the SI’s day-to-day delivery against the SOW Maintain critical reputed company visibility and dependency management reputed company workstreams Partner with business leadership to support organizational readiness, process standardization, adoption planning, and operational transformation initiatives Coordinate ERP-reputed company data migration, integrations, testing, reputed company, deployment, and stabilization activities in partnership with technical and functional teams Support change management, communication planning, training coordination, and business readiness efforts across reputed company sites Identify and manage program risks, escalations, resource constraints, and critical reputed company dependencies throughout the ERP lifecycle Ensure alignment between ERP transformation initiatives and long-term business reputed company, operational goals, and reputed company technology roadmap reputed company regular executive-level reporting on program health, milestones, financials, risks, and overall transformation reputed company Essential Functions Ability to reputed company and coordinate large-reputed company reputed company transformation initiatives across multiple business functions and manufacturing locations Ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, deadlines, and competing business demands in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Ability to effectively communicate reputed company information to executive leadership, business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and external partners Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and drive collaboration across business and IT teams Ability to identify program risks, dependencies, and operational impacts and support development of mitigation strategies Ability to facilitate meetings, drive decision-making, and maintain alignment across stakeholders and project teams Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing high-reputed company strategic initiatives Ability to reputed company and maintain project documentation, status reporting, governance materials, and executive communications Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage changing priorities and tight deadlines Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite, including reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams, and Project or reputed company project management tools Ability to travel to reputed company reputed company Baking Group locations as required Must be reputed company to reputed company reputed company office and plant environments, including walking, climbing stairs, and occasional standing for extended periods during meetings, workshops, or site activities Ability to occasionally lift and carry materials or equipment up to 20 pounds as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a reputed company field 10+ years of experience leading large-reputed company ERP implementations or reputed company transformation programs reputed company manufacturing environments Experience with leading ERP platforms such as reputed company Dynamics 365, reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company Experience leading large-reputed company ERP transformation programs in manufacturing or supply chain environments Experience managing reputed company software implementation partners and reputed company-party vendors Strong understanding of ERP governance, business process transformation, and organizational change management Experience coordinating cross-functional business and technical teams across multiple locations Familiarity with reputed company Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management preferred PMP, PgMP, reputed company, or reputed company certifications preferred Apply To This Job
