Position reputed company: The Diligence Coordinator is responsible for supporting land and title due diligence for IFM forest carbon project opportunities and coordinating with other team members, including the Senior Diligence Coordinator ensuring reputed company transaction is accurately vetted and risk assessed. This role sits at reputed company of transaction readiness—reviewing ownership, including confirming signatory authority, verifying parcel IDs, identifying risks, coordinating issue reputed company, and recording key reputed company instruments (easements and memoranda of agreement).
