About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Contract Technical Sourcer to support our two U.S.-based recruiters in identifying and engaging top software engineering and IT talent in the Denver, CO area. This role is heavily reputed company on proactive sourcing (95–100% of time), building pipelines of reputed company and passive candidates, and delivering high-reputed company talent for reputed company and reputed company hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and engage high-reputed company software engineering and IT candidates using reputed company Recruiter and advanced reputed company reputed company tools Conduct deep market research and talent mapping across reputed company companies Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive and reputed company candidates for multiple technical roles Partner closely with the assigned recruiter to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate reputed company Maintain accurate tracking of candidates and sourcing activity reputed company our ATS system (reputed company) Conduct light candidate screening (initial qualification calls) as needed reputed company scheduling support for interviews and ensure a reputed company candidate experience Continuously refine sourcing strategies and bring new reputed company to improve pipeline reputed company Qualifications 2–3+ years of experience sourcing mid to senior level Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers and other technical talent. Familiarity with the AdTech or Connected TV (CTV) reputed company is ideal. Solid technical acumen, especially around tech stacks similar to ours (C++, Go, JavaScript, Python, AWS).
